The El Ayudante Leadership Team
provides servant leadership to a staff of over 40 nationals who are devoted to the planning and implementation of numerous on and off campus ministries, care of mission teams, and upkeep of grounds and facilities.
It has been the priority of El Ayudante to recruit the best leadership in all Nicaragua and unleash their creativity to accomplish our mission of bringing change to the nation!
