Staff of El Ayudante in Nicaragua

A full-time staff of over 60 Nicaraguans are devoted to: the planning and implementation of the numerous ministries into Leon, Matagalpa, and NW Nicaragua; operation of the child protection center; care of mission teams; and upkeep of the grounds and facilities. At various times another 40+ part-time workers serve in construction and as interpreters. The staff in Leon and Matagalpa consider their jobs as their call to ministry—an opportunity to serve their Lord and minister to their people!
